With over 22 years of experience in real estate, Brian brings seasoned leadership and operational excellence to the Midtown Party Spot experience. After building and leading high-performing real estate teams, and later co-founding a brokerage, he had developed a deep understanding of client service, logistics, negotiation, and execution at a high level.

Brian also worked in the meeting & event planning space for 2 years and is no stranger to planning & executing successful events. Every one is approached with structure and clarity — from booking to breakdown. Communication is prompt, and expectations are defined. Details are anticipated before they become issues. 

But professionalism is only half the story.

Brian also has a flair for creativity and design, and it shows. Lighting and ambiance are meticulously considered, so your guests will know they are in  someplace different the moment they walk in.

Music also plays a central role. With a deep love of sound and atmosphere, the host understands how audio shapes energy. Whether clients bring their own playlist or DJ, the space is engineered to support an unforgettable vibe.
